Quality Control

Consistent product quality is essential for brand reputation and customer satisfaction. We inspect goods at the manufacturing site and again upon arrival to verify they meet your specifications. From factory floors to final delivery, we ensure your standards are upheld every step of the way.

 

What we do

We implement quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) measures across the production and delivery process. Depending on your needs, we can conduct factory audits, inspect goods during production, and perform pre-shipment inspections. We work with certified inspectors and labs globally.

Factory Audits

Before you place an order with a new supplier, we can perform a factory audit. This includes checking the facility’s certifications (e.g., ISO9001), reviewing their quality management processes, worker conditions, and capacity. You get a detailed report to ensure the supplier is legitimate and capable.

In-Process Inspections

For large or complex orders, we may do inline inspections – meaning we check a few samples during production (for example, after the first batch is produced) to catch any issues early. We verify things like materials, dimensions, and functionality against your requirements and can have the factory correct any deviations immediately.

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)

When an order is complete (say 1000 units boxed up), our inspector visits the factory to randomly sample products according to AQL standards (Acceptable Quality Level). We test and inspect these samples for workmanship, functionality, packaging integrity, etc. Only if the batch passes inspection do we authorize it to ship. A detailed QC report with photos is provided to you.

Lab Testing

If your product requires certain certifications or safety tests (for example, RoHS, REACH, FDA compliance, or strength testing), we coordinate with third-party laboratories. We’ll pull samples and send them for testing, managing the process until results are confirmed

Arrival Guarantee

In some cases, if risk is high or you want extra assurance, we arrange a second inspection upon arrival in your country (especially if goods go straight to Amazon FBA warehouses or retail). This double-check ensures nothing was damaged in transit and that what left the factory is what arrived.

Supplier Verification

Before you commit to working with a new supplier, we conduct a thorough vetting process designed to give you full confidence in your partnerships. Our supplier verification service includes validating business licenses, reviewing financial records, investigating legal and compliance history, analyzing customer feedback, and performing on-site evaluations when appropriate.
